About me
I have over 30 years in the design industry and my passion for design started long before my business did.
I’ve been involved in art from the young age of 14. My father was diagnosed with cancer when I was 13 and together we signed up for oil painting classes to help us relax and bond. I fell in love with the creativity and freedom of art and design that first day! I knew it would be my career someday. Some of the many reasons I love art are that it kept my father and I close during those very difficult days. We shared many a laugh over those canvas creations.
Your home is like a canvas to me. I get the same joy creating your space just for you as I did creating art with my dad. I pride myself in creating spaces that are timeless, not trendy. I carefully listen to your wants and needs and turn them into your very own retreat. Spaces designed just for you!
My portfolio has a diverse collection of style that reflects my clients needs and lifestyle, not what is in trend that year. My design is timeless, with an artistic touch that reflects YOU.
My career
My Interior Design Program at Niagara College was three years. My third year was a thesis in which I studied the growing senior population in Welland to find there was a definite need for a place they can call their own. I visualized and created a design working with a local architect that five years later was built and was known as the Rose City Senior Centre and now stands as The Wellness Centre on Lincoln Street.
I’ve designed custom drapery and still sketch all my designs by hand, have worked for flooring stores, kitchen design outlets, and for 13 years I worked in construction specializing in bungalow townhomes and custom basement design. I was involved in every aspect of the process, from design, to open house, to handing over the keys upon closing. EVERY step of the process was just as exciting as the next. I feel very blessed to be working in a field I absolutely love.

I am honoured to be selected as one of Niagara’s top three choices for interiors a number of years and have won awards for townhome design and kitchen and bath design.
